About this role

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide care and support for women during labor and childbirth. You will monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth, and assist throughout the process, including during delivery. This role requires a special kind of nurse who can adapt to changing situations and prioritize the safety of patients.

Requirements:

Basic requirements for this role include:
  • 1-2 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Active license in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the facility
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient safety
Responsibilities

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and medical facilities. You will provide care and support for women during labor and childbirth, and assist with deliveries. This role requires a high level of skill and adaptability, as well as a commitment to prioritizing patient safety.
