Job Summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a certified Spin Instructor to lead high-energy group fitness classes. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for creating a motivating and safe environment for our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Instruct engaging and challenging Spin classes that cater to diverse fitness levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and member feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator Manager and Franchise Owner/Operator to develop and implement new class formats and programming.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive gym environment by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting the Crunch Fitness brand.
Requirements
  • Valid CPR Certification and Spin Certification.
  • Previous experience teaching exercise classes and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation

$35.00 per hour.
