Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Profile Products LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical distribution systems and associated equipment in our manufacturing environment.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with current National Electrical Code and industry standards.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
  • Complete work orders and record material usage.
  • Run conduit, pull wires/cables, and wire termination.
  • Install and test computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs.
  • Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
  • Survey electrical systems, circuits, and plans.
  • Understand and troubleshoot PLC systems.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when necessary.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and Dropbox.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing setting, requiring the ability to adapt to moderate to heavy noise levels.

The temperature will vary from hot to cold, depending on the weather.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a computer, phone, printer/scanner, and filing cabinets.
