Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Receivables Management Specialist to oversee and manage accounts receivable processes. This role is crucial for maintaining robust financial interactions with our clientele and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough account analysis and reconciliation to guarantee precise transaction recording.
  • Timely generation and distribution of customer invoices.
  • Process incoming payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues pertaining to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and resolve payment disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks, including report preparation and account reconciliation.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, including SOX compliance, to ensure adherence to financial standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, credit practices, and collection regulations.
  • Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
