We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Syracuse, NY. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-prescribing programs.
