  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely completion of construction drawings.
  • Develop and maintain design and construction documents throughout all project phases.
  • Respond to contractor inquiries, RFIs, and other questions under the guidance of an assigned supervisor.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and samples under the direction of an assigned supervisor.
  • Oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, construction methodologies, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of architectural building systems.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and follow direction.
  • Meet deadlines and support compliance with CAD project standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education or experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent design and graphic presentation skills are essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice, with management experience in all phases of projects.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketchup.
  • Proficiency in rendering software 3Ds Max or Lumion.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
