Job Opportunity: Furniture Repair Technician

Del Sol Furniture & Mattress is seeking a skilled Furniture Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring furniture to its original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and follow work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate customer service and scheduling
  • Clean and repair furniture to meet company standards
  • Provide detailed reports and photos of work completed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in furniture repair, cleaning, or refinishing
  • Ability to repair frames, including securing loose joints and rebuilding frames as needed
  • Experience with wood furniture repairs, including techniques such as burn-ins, matching grain and color of stain and finish
  • Skills in repairing upholstery and installing cut and sewn parts
  • Knowledge of leather cleaning and repair techniques
  • Ability to lift at least 100 lbs
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
