Position Overview:
The LPN (Nurse MedTech) plays a vital role in our community, reporting directly to the Wellness Director. This position is essential for ensuring the health and safety of our residents.

Shift Availability:
We currently have two positions open:

1. Full-Time:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7 PM - 7 AM

2. Part-Time:
Every Sunday 7 PM - 7 AM

Application Process:
Interested candidates are encouraged to fill out an application online and specify their preferred shift.

Key Responsibilities:
The LPN is responsible for:
  • Monitoring the health and wellness of residents.
  • Providing leadership and support in resident care and services.
  • Administering medication and maintaining clinical quality assurance.
  • Communicating effectively with resident support services and families.

Principal Duties:
  • Conducting assessments to identify ongoing needs of residents.
  • Documenting changes in clinical care needs accurately.
  • Assisting the Wellness Director with clinical sections of wellness visits.
  • Reporting any changes in medication or service levels.
  • Collecting weights and vital signs monthly for health updates.
  • Providing direct care to residents as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A valid LPN or RN license.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in elder or disabled care, preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care, preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
