Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team at the Broadway Hatchery. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to chick pull, cleaning of incubation equipment, egg transfer, and delivery of chicks to farms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with chick pull and egg transfer operations
  • Clean and maintain incubation equipment
  • Deliver chicks to farms
  • Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work in hot, wet, and dusty environments
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs and push/pull 450 lb buggies
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
