Job Description

The Toddler Care and Development Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in preschool-aged children. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Activity Planning: Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the unique needs of each child, promoting their intellectual and creative growth.
  • Child Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, adjusting programming to meet individual needs.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in childcare or teaching.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, patience and understanding when interacting with children.
