Nutrition Therapist

Position Highlights:

At Moffitt Cancer Center, we are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the standards of nutrition therapy and with interdisciplinary collaboration focused on the needs of the patient.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience and a Master's degree in nutrition. Responsibilities include completing assessments and reassessments of assigned patients, participating in interdisciplinary team planning and coordination of care, and participating in education in-services, presentations, etc., as needed.

Credentials and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in nutrition, current registration with CDR or RD eligible with successful registration within 6 months of hire date, temporary Florida licensure if not currently licensed in the state of Florida, and BLS Certification. One year of clinical experience is preferred, with clinical experience in an acute care hospital during dietitian externships accepted.
