This role requires engineering leadership skills, implementing safety, productivity, and yield improvements through project leadership or Kaizen events. You will lead local implementation of Management of Change projects, supporting global safety, product quality, and service goals.
You will engage in daily operations, support Lean Management systems, and provide direction for maintenance and capital improvement projects. Additionally, you will monitor ongoing productivity and initiate continuous improvement projects.
This position involves working in a 24-hour manufacturing environment, requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
We offer competitive pay and benefits, including a salary range of $95,825 - $117,120, plus variable incentive pay if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
