Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle guest issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked housekeeping cart
