Mixologist

The primary focus of this role is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering drinks and food promptly while maintaining a friendly and efficient service. Your duties will include:

• Crafting a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, using standard recipes.
• Ensuring all drinks are prepared according to company guidelines.
• Serving a selection of wines, spirits, and food to bar patrons.
• Processing payments accurately and adhering to established accounting procedures.
• Observing and responding to guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Providing recommendations for food and beverage selections.
• Following responsible alcohol service protocols to manage guest consumption.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked.
• Securing all cash and financial transactions at the end of each shift.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors regarding any significant issues.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash transactions.
• The ability to manage challenging situations with guests calmly.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
