Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Manager to join our team at UC Irvine Health. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for ensuring the planning, implementation, and operation of all diagnostic imaging services to meet hospital and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and manage a team of radiology professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and projects to improve patient outcomes and department performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of departmental metrics and performance indicators.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Requirements
  • 2 years of radiology supervisory/management experience.
  • Valid California State Certification License in unlimited diagnostic radiology services.
  • CPR certification.
  • 3 years of progressively increased management experience preferred.
Working Conditions
