**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Area Superintendent to join our team, responsible for overseeing the execution of our construction projects. This individual will work closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion, while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations, including supervising crafts and subcontractors, and coordinating with internal teams (engineering, quality control, and safety).
  2. Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop and implement project plans, job layouts, and schedules.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in construction management, preferably as a foreman or assistant superintendent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
