Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a pivotal role in leading agile development teams to create software products that meet corporate objectives. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor other developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and lead development teams to build best-in-class software for the parking industry.
  • Maintain high levels of success throughout the product development life cycle within an agile framework.
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assume accountability for the quality of delivered products and code.
  • Ensure projects align with business value delivery, peer team members, and T2 Systems' long-term interests.
  • Provide estimates for design specifications and be accountable for these estimates.
  • Interact with product owners and customers to gather information, provide education, and communicate project-related activities.
  • Offer recommendations on architecture direction, product direction, and development tools.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to provide designs that solve business problems and benefit customers.
  • Participate in design, code, and product reviews.
  • Produce quality-tested product enhancements to T2's software products.
  • Ensure personal competency is current in all code-centered, detailed-design centered, and task-centered pursuits.
  • Resolve work items (bugs) in code developed by others.
  • Render clear technical judgment while considering architecture guidance and sprint and roadmap implications.
  • Work with Product Support to provide development that addresses customers' issues.
  • Demonstrate innovation and imagination to go beyond assigned tasks.
  • Crave accountability on the quality and timeliness of delivered outputs.
  • Mentor other developers and promote sound technical skills.
  • Commit to self-study to maintain or increase technical abilities.
  • Pursue continuous improvement, efficiency at scale, and automation.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree plus 5 years or more development experience.
  • Mastery of Visual Studio and related development tools.
  • 3 or more years of experience as part of an agile development team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of T2's software products, services, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Visual Studio, C#,.NET, Azure DevOps, Azure Portal, Atlassian toolset, and DB platforms.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of development team members.
  • Ability to work on multiple features and refactoring/support concurrently.
  • Ability to work across a development team to keep sprint commitments on track.
  • Ability to stay on the leading edge of technology trends.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and colleagues across departments.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
