**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing treatment plans that promote meaningful, long-term outcomes for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services that address the unique needs of each client. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality care that is grounded in cutting-edge research and methodology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the client's specific needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness and inform treatment decisions
- Provide coaching and support to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective interventions
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification and CT licensure
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or behavioral challenges
