Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthMark Rehabilitation. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients in a geriatric rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician's orders and accepted professional practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meet physical requirements to deliver responsibilities and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Texas license/certification for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers, and to utilize independent and effective clinical judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Meet physical requirements to deliver responsibilities and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
