Your Role in Operations

As a vital member of our operations team, you will oversee the production processes, monitor product yields, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all shift operations, managing both salaried and hourly production leaders.

  • Provide training and support to employees, recognizing their contributions through formal programs.

  • Guide team leaders in areas such as safety, food quality, process control, and employee development.
  • Manage operational layout, automation enhancements, and budgetary considerations.
  • Ensure compliance with all operating procedures and make necessary updates.
  • Develop systems to track labor, material costs, and efficiencies, aiming to reduce expenses below budget.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and USDA regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while fostering strong relationships.

Work Environment

This position is set in both office and plant environments, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $152,350.
