We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our established practice. This role includes collaboration with a dedicated team consisting of one full-time Gastroenterologist, one full-time GI Hospitalist, two part-time Gastroenterologists, and one full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP). The office is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital, facilitating seamless access to inpatient consultations.

Practice Options:

We offer flexibility in practice structure, allowing for either a traditional four-day workweek or a seven-on/seven-off GI hospitalist schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $600,000, with additional bonuses based on Relative Value Unit (RVU) production.
  • Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
  • Total retention bonus of $60,000, distributed as $20,000 at the end of each of the first three years.
  • Quality bonus potential of up to 10% of base salary, applicable upon reaching base salary milestones.
  • Time off policies vary according to the chosen practice type.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
  • Call coverage is shared at a ratio of 1:3.
