About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with patients and medical teams
  • Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
