Adjunct Faculty

Hopkinsville Community College is seeking qualified candidates for part-time Emergency Medical Services (EMS) adjunct faculty positions. These temporary, part-time positions are used to fill classroom vacancies as needed when regular full-time faculty are not available due to increased enrollment, workload, or scheduling.

• Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials for special studies.
• Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction.
• Prepares lesson plans and maintains records and reports on student attainment and progress.
• Maintains classroom order and discipline.

• EMT Educator (Level 2) certification from the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.

• AEMT Educator, Bachelor's degree in any of the qualifying fields, or an associate's degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline.
