Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Dermatology team at UW Hospital & Clinics. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with faculty, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Deliver care to patients via phone and in-clinic settings, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of employment or licensure in a state participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • 6 months of RN experience, with relevant experience in dermatology or a related field preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification and applicable clinical certification (if required by the department).
