The Steward/Dishwasher is a vital role within the culinary team at St. James Hotel. We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill this position, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning counters, shelves, and equipment.
  • Dishroom Operations: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and glassware, and ensure the dish area is organized and well-maintained.
