- Prepare and distribute informational materials that promote available programs and services to families and school staff.

- Support school communities in evaluating and assessing service needs.
- Manage financial records in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintain a database with relevant client information and documentation.
- Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for confidential files and reporting.
- Collaborate as part of a cluster support team.
- Document all communications and complete required paperwork efficiently.
- Facilitate activities that enhance students' educational and social skills.
- Assist students in connecting with appropriate adult service agencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for student program inquiries.
- Engage in professional development opportunities as required.
