As a Physician in our Internal Medicine practice, you will work collaboratively with a team of 13 providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with in-house care coordinators, in-house pharmacy, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and management of complex medical cases.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and production incentives.
- Quality bonus program, with opportunities to earn up to $15,000 annually.
- Relocation assistance, including up to $20,000 for eligible candidates.
- Student loan repayment program, with up to $100,000 available for eligible candidates.

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency trained in Internal Medicine.

- Ability to successfully complete IHC Health Services, Inc.'s credentialing process.
