Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create, modify, and maintain acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans for learners on your caseload.
  • Conduct Parent Training Sessions: Provide productive and informative training sessions to parents and caregivers to support their child's progress.
  • Manage Insurance Reports: Complete and submit insurance reports in a timely manner to ensure accurate reimbursement.
  • Staff Management: Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the team's success.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze data and identify areas for growth and improvement within the center, and develop plans to address these areas.
