Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of pipelines to identify defects, damage, or other issues that may impact their integrity.
  • Contractor Collaboration: Work closely with contractors to address any concerns or issues identified during inspections, ensuring that all necessary repairs or modifications are made.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs, notes, and other relevant documentation. Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the natural gas industry, preferably with a focus on pipeline construction and inspection.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of pipeline construction principles, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in reading construction prints and completing as-built drawings. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
