We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves active listening to patients, negotiating and collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. You will also work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance
- An understanding of HIPAA
- The ability to learn new software quickly
