About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prairie Homestead.

As a valued member of our Assisted Living community, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Certified Medication Aide (CMA) staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Monitor and manage medications, vital signs, and lab results.
  • Conduct thorough resident assessments and provide detailed reports to oncoming staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
