Key Responsibilities- Administer and oversee the Transitional Year program, ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements
- Devote 30% FTE to non-clinical time for program administration, teaching, and scholarly activity
- Supervise residents and provide education in patient care
- Recruit, select, evaluate, promote, and discipline residents as needed
- ABIM certification required
- Minimum of three years of prior academic leadership appointments or experience
