About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Director to join our team at SalonCentric. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Develop and lead a team of sales professionals who deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Drive Business Results: Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best, while promoting a positive and enthusiastic working culture.
  • Influence and Inspire: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage and motivate team members, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Act with Integrity: Demonstrate a commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance, while promoting a culture of trust and respect.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
  • 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
  • A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
