About the Role
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our team at one of our locations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high-quality standards of professionalism in serving customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales, profit, and expense objectives;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized repair facility;
  • Providing training and coaching to staff as needed;
  • Ensuring all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role. You should also possess excellent communication and coaching skills, as well as attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
