The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our creative strategy team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for combining technology and data to drive business outcomes. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making high-stakes decisions, and adapting to ambiguity.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure their growth and success.
  • Visual Content Creation: Oversee the design and production of marketing assets, including social media, banner ads, press, and newspaper.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine design elements and conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing design variations.
  • Design Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and graphic design.
  • Influencer Management: Partner with the Influencer team to identify talent, negotiate rates, and coordinate delivery of products for UGC testimonial videos.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant creative and marketing experience, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software, analytical and data-driven mindset, and strong understanding of performance marketing.
