About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that address patients' diagnoses and treatment goals.
  • Communicate with patients and their families to ensure informed decision-making regarding care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, adhering to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Possession of a current, valid RN license in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • Certification in CPR is required.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care is essential.
  • Familiarity with computers and department-specific software is expected.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
