As a key player in our growth journey, we are seeking a Lead Systems Architect to join our team, focusing on Atmospheric Systems. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility while contributing to our mission from a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and define intricate system requirements tailored to customer needs while conducting thorough analyses of existing systems.
  • Establish system specifications, including input/output processes and compatibility parameters for hardware and software.
  • Oversee the design of subsystems and ensure the seamless integration of the overall system.
  • Identify, evaluate, and rectify program support challenges.
  • Act as the primary technical authority throughout the design, manufacturing, and debugging phases as products progress towards completion.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and delivering Semiconductor Capital Equipment to leading OEMs.
  • Proven hands-on experience in systems engineering, including design, troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
  • Expertise in Design of Experiments and laboratory skills.
  • Familiarity with Reliability and/or Statistical Analysis methodologies.
  • Understanding of the V-model representation in the system development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and data loggers.
  • Experience with Creo CAD systems and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
Compensation

Salary ranges from $145,760.10 to $221,894.88 USD.
