We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with life skills and other life-enriching activities, such as reading, puzzles, and games.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and respected.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care.
- Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications and experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
