Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator in the Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Oklahoma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current RN Med/Surg experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.
  • Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification.
