With a focus on world-class service, you'll be responsible for fitting guests with equipment, explaining safety practices, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service in our retail shops
  • Fitting guests with equipment and explaining safety practices
  • Working collaboratively with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • Assisting with cashiering, retail sales, and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Fluent communication in English
