Nuclear Medicine Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Crescent City Recruitment Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals and related chemical substances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality patient care, including timely throughput of patients and performance of exams
  • Operate and perform quality control of stationary and portable scintillation equipment, including gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, well counters, and dose calibration devices
  • Perform PET, Nuc Med, and CT diagnostic studies on PET/CT scanner, including injection of CT Contrast Media, image acquisition, and reformatting
  • Assist in scanner qualification for research trials and create and program study-specific protocols under the direction of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor and Medical Director
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current and active State of California CNMT License
  • Current and active NMTCB and/or AART (N) licensure for Nuclear Medicine
  • Minimum one year, full-time experience working as a CNMT
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year, full-time experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms

Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
