Job Summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
