Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' health conditions
  • Formulate and execute individualized care plans tailored to our residents' needs
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless care
  • Adhere to nursing regulations and best practices, including infection control measures
  • Maintain precise and current medical records using point click care software
  • Employ risk management strategies to identify and address potential health and safety risks
  • Engage in interdisciplinary care planning discussions
  • Respond to emergencies and deliver necessary interventions
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care environment
  • Familiarity with nursing standards, regulations, and patient care protocols
  • Proficient in point click care and risk management tools
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Ability to operate independently during night shifts
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Covid-19 Vaccinated or possess a valid exemption
