Job Summary:

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Mission Integrator Specialist to support our mission engineering and integration services for a government customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Sponsor personnel in reviewing, defining, and clarifying operational requirements.
  2. Analyze targets and collection requirements to identify appropriate technologies, capabilities, systems, and equipment to meet requirements.
  3. Support the generation of, and updates to, concept of operations.
  4. Provide operational input to the development of new systems, capabilities, and equipment.
  5. Provide tradecraft recommendations and best practices during operations planning.
  6. Ensure technical and operational constraints are communicated and addressed as part of operational planning and execution.
  7. Perform trade studies from testing and evaluation, lessons learned, new intelligence gained, and/or operational feedback and provide recommendations for system modifications and upgrades.
  8. Support the development of operational procedures to include identification of mission contingencies and system troubleshooting.
  9. Provide recommendations with respect to end-to-end system capability gaps affecting usability and operability of systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  2. BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 in engineering, or Computer/Physical Science. Equivalent work experience in a technical field.
  3. Must have at least 2 years of experience providing operational engineering support to a government organization focused on bolstering the Government's intelligence advantage.
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing mission engineering and integration services for a government customer.
  5. Expertise and skills to provide intelligence collection operations planning and execution capabilities.
  6. Ability to apply operational methodologies to requirements.
  7. Experience applying systems engineering methodologies and processes.
  8. Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
  9. Experience performing feasibility and vulnerability studies.
  10. Expertise in requirements development, verification, and traceability.
  11. Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience.
  12. Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of email, develop fluency with online tracking tools rapidly and effectively.
  13. Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders.
  14. Ability develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization.
  15. Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise.
  16. Self-starter with strong initiative and follow through.
