Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs
  • Prioritize patient and family needs, creating and implementing care plans that promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive care plan, delegating tasks and following up promptly
  • Use effective problem-solving strategies to address patient and family concerns, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, using exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
  • Strong understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures
  • Proficiency in medical terms, focusing on health, disease prevention, management, common medications, and their side effects
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
