About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient-Centered Psychiatrist to join our team at the Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK.

The ideal candidate will provide direct psychiatric services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. They will also assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing professional service activities and programs assigned.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy by the State of Oklahoma and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct psychiatric services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing professional service activities and programs assigned
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Must be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy by the State of Oklahoma
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position
  • Must be able to pass an OSBI background check
