Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products under general supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Comply with all quality system requirements, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Read and adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Perform product quality control procedures, including inspection, data collection, and escalation of defects.
- Perform area line clearance to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Operate various liquid-handling automated systems and tooling apparatuses.
- Perform labeling, kitting, and other packaging functions.
- Record production data on controlled forms.
- Verify production equipment, including equipment status, calibration, preventative maintenance, and operator maintenance requirements.
- Notify supervisors of production issues, nonconformances, work order discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, etc.
- Communicate suggestions for improvements to enhance product quality, employee productivity, and workplace safety.
- Mix, store, and dispose of chemical solutions, including hazardous materials.
- Meet operator target metrics for Manufacturing Technician.
Requirements:
- Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and gowning requirements.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to operate automated equipment and use basic hand tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to understand, read, and follow written and oral instructions in English with minimal supervision.
- Ability to use computers with Windows OS and company applications.
