Job Overview

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will play a key role in helping build a high-performance team that delivers exceptional service to our guests. You will work closely with the Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring that we maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for our team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center
  • Lead and train the team to optimize their development and performance
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive first impression and building trust and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
  • Support the Service Center Manager with inventory, labor management, and financial performance of the service center

Requirements:

  • Six months of supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Have full mobility and can twist, stoop, and bend
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
