Job Title: Lead Radiologic Technologist

At Nationwide Children's Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our general Radiology sections, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall functionality of the general Radiology sections, including staffing, productivity, and quality of patient care.
  • Collaborate with site directors and managers to recommend and implement changes in operations and procedures within the site.
  • Interview, hire, mentor, coach, educate, and evaluate staff, as well as provide discipline and dismissal of employees when necessary.
  • Maintain quality control and assurance, planning, collecting, and preparing continuous quality improvement information.
  • Monitor sections organization, supplies, and budgetary expenses, as well as compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT License required (Active Status).
  • Current OD License required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Radiologic Sciences, preferably in the pediatric setting.
