Key Responsibilities- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, providing prompt and accurate solutions to their IT-related issues.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient problem-solving process.
- Communication and Documentation: Clearly communicate technical information to customers, documenting events and problems in our ticketing system, and updating customer status and information as necessary.
- Feedback and Improvement: Pass on customer feedback and suggestions to the appropriate internal teams, identifying and suggesting possible improvements to our procedures.
- Education: 4-year college degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of helpdesk/incident experience in an IT environment, with 1-2 years of customer service experience in any field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with web-based applications, Microsoft Office applications, and a Microsoft environment (Active Directory, GPO, Server 2012R2 and newer).
- Soft Skills: Customer-oriented and cool-tempered, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
